These photos don't make me angry, but I do sometimes get a little sad when I see them. When the kids were born we were just so happy to finally have our babies that we were oblivious to how sad we could have been. Now that time has passed, I sometimes look at the pictures of the kids in the NICU and, I guess, finally feel sad. It really is amazing that they had as few problems as they did and that their prematurity has had, as far as we can tell, no negative effects on them now.
